Who uses RevGrowth OS?

How much time will the Growth Catalyst take?

The Growth Catalyst is a two-day process. It can be conducted in consecutive days, or it can spread a few days apart. We generally don’t want recommend waiting more than two weeks between sessions. There’s no way for us to know how long it will take you to execute your growth strategy. However, most of our clients find they get highly organized and focused with our Growth Catalyst tools, and it tends to save them a lot of time in planning and execution. We have heard a wide range of improvement estimations, from 20-60%.

What size companies benefit most from the Growth Catalyst?

We typically work with businesses ranging from $10 million to $100 million, but we have successfully run the Growth Catalyst for companies as small as $2 million, and as large as $4 billion. The only real parameter for the Growth Catalyst to be effective is for the client to have an established business and a business model based on repeat purchases.

Who from our team should participate in the Growth Catalyst?

That depends on your particular circumstances. We have run the Growth Catalyst for teams as small as two (CEO & CFO), and as large as 50 people covering multiple levels of management. How many people do you know for certain must buy into the plan? Alternately, there are often people in the business who may not have a “need to know” about certain issues, especially regarding the topic of exit strategies and enterprise value.

We already have a growth stratey and execution plan. Can we incorporate it with RevGrowth OS?

Yes. The Growth Catalyst is flexible and not dependent on any particular strategy, tactic, activity, or media.

Is the Growth Catalyst ever unsuccessful?

We typically don’t engange an organization if we think there is a possibility of that. In fact, in the couple hundred Growth Catalysts we’ve conducted, this has only happened twice. Both times were when the company didn’t share accurate information and the numbers didn’t make sense. On our side, we guarantee the value of your investment in the Growth Catalyst, and if for some reason we don’t deliver the value we agreed upon before we start, then we will fix it or refund your money.

Did you say that you have a guarantee?

Yes, we guarantee both the quality of our work and the value you receive. If we can’t help you identify a clear path showing you how a few 1% improvements will produce 20-40% annual growth in sales, profit, and company valuation, we will refund the full price of the Growth Catalyst.

Is the geography gap between un an issue?

Running the Growth Catalyst in a face-to-face environment is ideal, and we travel all over to do this. However, if for any reason this is not practical, we can do it via Zoom or MS Teams. We have successfully delivered the Growth Catalyst to clients in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

When can we start the Growth Catalyst?
